currently ship within the U.S., the UK, Italy and Canada from
this web site. Shipping to the US via Priority Mail is a flat
fee of $7.99. We ship to Canada, the UK and Italy via USPS
International Priority Mail. Shipping to anywhere in Canada
is $18.99 US, to the UK $23.99 US and to Italy $18.99 US. Customer is responsible
for any duties or VAT due on import shipments. Shipping rates
have risen dramatically in the last 12 months and we're forced
to pass this along to our customers.

Upon
receipt of our shoes, please read the Use and Care Instructions.
Please
use common sense when wearing Orthotebbs. They are designed
to be used for walking on flat surfaces, such as sidewalks,
roads, driveways, indoors and flat grass. Do
not wear your shoes for sports activities, construction
work, driving an automobile or on uneven surfaces. The
unique sole design may cause an issue during these activities.
Warranty
Orthotebb
Health Shoes warrants that the product will be free from manufacturer's defects
for a period of 90 days. Should you have a problem with your shoes during
that time, please contact us for a return material authorization number (RMA).
Ship the product to us prepaid, with a copy of your dated invoice and a brief
note describing the issue. Upon receipt, we will contact you and if the product
is defective, we will gladly replace them for you at no charge. If the product
is determined to have been misused, abused, is covered in pet hair (unclean)
or is out of warranty, we will ship them back to you with an explanation.
Refund/Exchange
Policy
We
will gladly exchange, replace or refund any shoes that you've
purchased from our web site (www.orthotebb.net) under the following
conditions:
Exchange
for another color or size is available, provided you ship the product in
like-new condition,
suitably packed and shipped prepaid, to us, to arrive within 14 days of your
receipt, with a copy of your order and a brief note describing your
request. You must contact us in advance for a Return Material Authorization
number (RMA) within 7 days of your receipt and include this number on your
note. Customer pays return shipping for exchanged color or size. We pay shipping
for your replacements, and return shipping if your shoes are deemed to be
defective. Please wear your shoes indoors initially to ensure proper fit
prior to outdoor wear. See FAQ's for more sizing information.
We
will accept your like-new product
return for a refund, if you contact us within 7 days of your receipt of product.
We cannot resell used shoes. You must contact us for a Return Material Authorization
number (RMA). Ship the product to us prepaid right away, with a copy of your
dated invoice and a brief note requesting the refund. Include
the RMA on your note. Customer
pays return shipping. Upon receipt, we will contact
you to verify our receipt and the refund amount. Used product,
product returned without an RMA, or product returned with pet
hair on it (unclean) will not be eligible for refund and will
be returned to you. Refunds are given using the
same method as your initial payment, less the shipping cost for
the purchase.
If
you purchased your shoes from a retail location, or another dealer, please
contact that retailer or dealer for their return or exchange policy. |
